Mental Health and Wellbeing
Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader: Miss Talbot
Miss Talbot has recently completed her Mental Health and Wellbeing training with 'Thrive'. Please take a look at our advice pages for parents, which covers a range of mental health & wellbeing tips to support at home.
At Holme Junior & Infant School, we understand that mental health and wellbeing is important for our pupils, staff and parents. If you would like to speak with Miss Talbot about your or your child's wellbeing and /or mental health, please contact the school office.
Holme School Care Crew
Mental health and wellbeing is very important to us. In the past we have set up a Care Crew, and we wish to start something similar again. They helped organise events, to nurture the mental health and wellbeing of our pupils.
They took a trip to the local Food Bank to deliver the items our school had collected.
They also organised a Halloween Disco, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
Our Care Crew will have regular meetings to talk about any wellbeing issues that may have arisen and plan for future events.
